Actress Kate Hudson has split from rock star husband Chris Robinson after six years of marriage.
Kate's publicist Brad Cafarelli confirmed the couple had separated but offered no reasons for the decision.
The blonde beauty married Chris on New Year's Eve in 2000 and the couple have a two-year-old son Ryder.
They embarked on a whirlwind romance after meeting at a party in New York.
After just four days they moved in together and six months later tied the knot in Aspen, Colorado.
Chris is the lead singer for Hard Rock/Blues band The Black Crowes and Kate had previously said: "I think he's just the most incredible singer and he has an amazing voice."
Kate, the daughter of Goldie Hawn, became a star in her own right after a string of movie hits including Almost Famous, How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days and You, Me and Dupree.
